The practice of Yoga focuses on developing your strength, flexibility and utilising your breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are the postures (or asanas), a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility, and breathing.

Our in-app Yoga Instructor is Rosie Mitchell. Rosie has been practising Ashtanga yoga for over 8 years in the Mysore style and recently decided to do her yoga teacher training in the Hatha tradition in India as this is where all yoga asana systems have their route. With this knowledge of different styles, Rosie has an understanding of all aspects of yoga including Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Philosophy. Yoga has helped her both physically, psychologically and emotionally and in recent years she has realised how important it is to keep her own practice but also it is just as important to pass on what she has learnt. She understands what it is like to start yoga as a complete beginner and the frustrations when you feel you aren’t moving forward or worrying that you will never be able to reach where you would like to in your practice. “All is coming” as they say. She wants to introduce this amazing practice to people and support them on their yoga journey.
